比推消息，ALT5 Sigma Corporation（纳斯达克：ALTS）宣布，董事会已批准最高 1 亿美元股票回购计划，将在低于净资产值（NAV）时回购最多 5000 万股，约占已发行股份的 40%。公司称此举旨在利用估值折价，释放股东价值。
同时，董事会还批准继续在二级市场增持 WLFI 代币。ALT5 目前持有约 73 亿枚 WLFI，估值约 15 亿美元，并看好 World Liberty Financial 生态及其稳定币 USD1 的快速增长。
为启动相关计划，ALT5 已与 World Liberty Financial 达成 1500 万美元贷款协议，并表示未来可能进一步利用其超过 16 亿美元的强劲资产负债表进行融资。
公司 CEO Tony Isaac 表示，此次回购与代币布局显示管理层对公司长期价值和战略方向的高度信心。
