首先这笔款项将支付给谁？最近一次刺激性付款即 2021 年 3 月的 1400 美元刺激性支票。全额款项仅支付给：单身人士年收入不超过 75,000 美元，家庭年收入不超过 112,500 美元，已婚人士年收入不超过 150,000 美元。将同样的标准应用于 2025 年：目前约有 2.2 亿美国成年人符合这些收入标准。
