美国证管会(SEC)对去年已申请破产的加密货币借贷平台Celsius Networks的重组计划

SEC在9月22日针对Celsius近期的重组计划，向美国纽约南区破产法院提出有限的反对和权利保留。Celsius
! ]1 g- e5 I0 i/ CNetworks这项重组计划早在8月15日就已提交，目前为第四版，此前在3月提交的初步计划并未准许。8 J$ P- {0 f' Q0 Z6 L5 [( p x* q; h
重组计划的增补内容提出一项与Coinbase的分销服务(Distribution Services)协议，Celsius寻求秘密提交信息给0 S* M3 q. p+ f. |! P
法院而不成为公共纪录。然而，SEC对此提出反对，理由是这项交易可能要求Coinbase在提供服务时，远远超过
