中国警告比特币正走向零,但英国央行看起来乐观

中国官方新闻媒体警告读者，比特币可能会跌至零价值，以阻止他们投资和使用加密货币。
中国政府通过警告加密投资者比特币价格“趋于零”，利用了加密市场的剧烈下滑。
南华早报6 月 22 日报道称，中国国家新闻媒体机构经济日报已就市值最大的加密货币发出警告，以进一步劝阻公民不要使用加密货币。
《经济日报》报道称，西方应归咎于创造了一个“充满操纵和伪技术概念”的高杠杆市场，并称这是导致比特币波动的“重要外部因素”。
“比特币只不过是一串数字代码，其回报主要来自低买高卖，”该报称。
“未来，一旦投资者信心崩溃，或者主权国家宣布比特币非法，它就会恢复到原来的价值，一文不值。”
中国政府去年 7 月禁止比特币开采，并计划在全国范围内推出名为数字人民币 (e-CNY)的中央银行数字货币 (CBDC) 。去年 9 月，它禁止了所有加密货币交易，并于 2018年臭名昭著地禁止外国加密货币交易所在该国境内运营。
中国政府并不是唯一一个参与预测比特币价格走势的人。
周一，市场分析公司 DeMark Analytics的创始人兼首席执行官 Tom DeMark告诉Marketwatch，他认为加密货币市场将长期降价，因为BTC已从 11 月的峰值 69,000 美元跌至 50% 以下，
“这种崩溃表明，恢复到历史最高点的比特币很可能需要很多年，甚至几十年才能完成。”
然而，他说，在接下来的几个月内，它仍有机会反弹至 40,000 美元的范围内。
“这并不能否定未来几个月高达 50-56% 的复苏前景，这意味着比特币将反弹至 40,000-45,000 美元。”
与北京的警告相反，英格兰银行（BOE）已经开始看到在熊市期间在加密货币领域积累财富的上行潜力。
BOE 副行长 Jon Cunliffe 于 6 月 22 日告诉彭博社，在当前低迷时期设法维持生计的加密货币公司可能会在形势好转时成为该行业的“主导者”。
“无论未来几个月加密资产发生什么，我预计加密技术和金融将继续存在。它有可能带来巨大的效率和市场结构的变化。”
与此同时，萨尔瓦多总统 Nayib Bukele于 6 月 19 日就比特币价格暴跌向比特币世界发表讲话。他在推特上表示，人们应该“停止看图表，享受生活”，因为他相信价格会回升。
Bukele 总统因投资加密货币而受到抨击，迄今为止蒙受了数千万美元的损失，但财政部长亚历杭德罗·塞拉亚（Alejandro Zelaya）辩称，这不是损失，“因为我们没有出售代币”。
