大量会员申诉无门，，大家嘴上不敢说论坛坏话，可心里明镜似的，

面对大面积的负面，，论坛的处理却是设置门槛不给发纠纷贴，知道你要投诉，就是不给通过认证，一律把投诉的会员视为高风险（这跟公司不出款的各种理由何其相似呀）4 S! `% L5 R4 ]# \6 }! b

在论坛眼里所有的投诉会员都是高风险会员，，让人寒心呀6 W" j) S5 f: x# h6 e

的确，5360客服在会员咨询期间没及时上线为大家处理事务是不对的。。期间论坛也发表了风险公告，但后面还是上线回复大家了。。; h4 s* g( R5 F8 @

论坛从未故意设置门槛让会员不通过认证，至开通天策认证以来，经常提醒会员做相关认证。5 \! E: t: |7 j1 W( R. m2 h

只要你是正常玩家，论坛就一定会给予帮助，不会删你贴的，放心。。论坛会员们的眼睛是雪亮的~
