赵长鹏（CZ）即将在2024年9月29日出狱，而币安的未来也随之备受关注。作为全球最大加密货币交易所的创办人，CZ曾因违反美国反洗钱条例入狱，如今他将面临新的局面。尽管他仍然是币安的大股东，却被禁止担任任何领导职务。

CZ早在2023年底就已经宣布辞去币安执行长的职务，表达了自己对错误的承认以及对币安未来的信心。他在当时的社交媒体上表示，辞职对币安、社区和他本人而言都是正确的决定。虽然他不再领导公司，但CZ依然计划继续为币安提供必要的咨询服务，同时还在今年启动了名为「Giggle Academy」的教育项目，专注于为1至12年级的学生提供免费教育。然而，现任币安CEO Richard Teng近期在采访中透露，CZ被禁止再度担任币安的领导职务，这是他与美国司法部达成和解协议的条件之一。

他可是公司的创始人和最大股东，他总是对公司的运作有行使他的表决权的权利的吧？这是股份公司的基本特征决定了的。仅此一点，谁能剥夺他对公司的影响呢，当然美国这个国家如果继续耍流氓，那真的是难说了！
