SEC最近在一起类似诉讼中败诉，SEC在2020年将股票波动率指数SPIKES Index排除在「证券期货」的定义之3 I9 D) T( l. N8 R
外，认定其为「期货」，但该决定在去年7月被法院推翻，法院称SEC的命令武断且反复无常。' l+ i$ a. Q! g+ n
以太坊现货ETF料5月有结果. \8 y, |1 z5 R( A+ ~8 V! Y) Y
贝莱德等7家机构在去年相继向SEC提交了以太坊现货ETF的申请，目前，SEC对VanEck、ARK21Shares和$ y2 e# A. z' A* @3 Q2 M, Q
Hashdex以太坊现货ETF的最终审批决定期限为2024年5月，其他申请则在接下来的几个月内。
