在英国的金融相关公司与机构，几乎都需要向FCA注册成为授权公司。而针对加密公司，除了一般的规定之外，
' X1 H5 d. T( F# \/ m还需要符合《加强高风险投资金融促销规则》与《加密资产金融推广规则Financial promotion rules for

该政策主要是限制海内外加密相关公司，若要在英国地区推广加密资产服务，就必须要遵守以下规定：

个人化风险警告：推广前须针对首次投资的用户显示风险警告

在本案中并未得到承认。
