目前驻外美军营地中的Dubo机每年吸走1.3亿美元，大部分来自美军士兵。现在美国国会提出了一项法案，该法案旨在撤走这些Dubo机。这一法案被命名为阿隆·沃尔什法案，已纪念一个由于对Dubo机成瘾而被军队开出，并最终因多次戒赌失败而自杀的阿帕奇飞行员。 & l, e7 Q# l* |& ^! @ l5 D
