欧易OKX&领英正式发布全球首份《2022全球区块链领域人才报告-Web3.0方向》，报告全文近2万字，耗时近3个月，数据样本覆盖180个国家，囊括了全球区块链行业概览，人才现状以及人才发展趋势与建议三大板块。 报告核心摘要 全球区块链领域人才增长强劲，但中国人才增速相对较低。全球区块链人才总量同比增长76%，美国、印度、中国为前三大区块链人才国，其中，中国人才增速相对较低，仅为12%，而中国人才需求同比增速高达60%，中国人才增速远低于人才需求增速。 核心人才需求从金融导向型转向技术型人才。全球区块链领域金融类人才占比最高，测试工程师岗位人才增速最高，而技术型人才需求的缺口最大。 人才任期短、流动率大，且以行业内部流动为主。全球区块链人才的任职期平均为1.2年，整体人才流动上呈现任期短、人才流动率大的特征；具体流动特征则表现为：除金融公司和科技公司人才涌入区块链行业外，区块链领域人才流动渠道以行业内部、同行企业流动为主。 区块链企业对人才的学历要求正在提高，且女性人才稀缺。全球区块链领域人才男女比例约为8：2，硕士人才占四成，整体学历水平相对较高，且专业性越强的岗位学历要求越高，随着区块链行业整体的创新发展以及全球部分高校陆续开设与区块链相关的学科或课程培养专业人才，人才学历要求将进一步提高，人才竞争将更为激烈。
