新濠国际(0200)公布截至07年6月30日止中期业绩，期内亏转盈，录得股东应占溢利2.84亿元，每股盈利23.16仙，不派中期息。1 E! a s% C/ b" `' p
# D' c" Y( C/ K$ e 该公司去年同期录得亏损2,898.3万元，能够在今年转亏为盈，主要是其联营新濠博亚(MPEL)透过于美国发行ADR上市出售联营权益，录得非经常性收益约3.868亿元。另外，于今年1月认购的VDC认股权证的确认公平值增加约2.1亿元等一次性收入。新濠首席财务总监王志浩承认，若扣除一次性项目，公司上半年仍然处于亏损状态。

新濠国际旗下澳门皇GUAN酒店于期内营业50天，收入净额为2.03亿元，市场占有率亦从5月的1.7%增加至7月的4.9%。新濠主席兼行政总裁何猷龙表示，威尼斯人的开幕有利于整个澳门博彩业市场，更多旅客将来澳门并停留更长的时间，无论对其本人或其他5个赌牌持有人均是好事。他指出，澳门皇GUAN酒店的业务正在进行重新定位，计划降低中场赌桌比重，加大贵宾厅的投入。由于该定位尚未完成，暂时无法评论届时皇GUAN酒店于澳门Dubo市场的占有率。

何猷龙强调，博彩业属高资本投入产业，公司当前尚属发展阶段，相信未来资本开支仍将庞大，将利用旗下上市公司，如汇盈控股(8101)或Elixir Gaming 的融资渠道，透过资本市场筹集资金。至于新濠天地的发展，该项目仍按计划进行，当前所有下部结构及打桩工程已于首季大致完工，第一期目标于09年3月底开业。" \, f' W8 ?/ b8 |& h2 t

新濠另一联营 MCR 的发展近年来积极拓展内地滑雪度假村项目。执行董事徐志贤透露，公司已于内地成功收购4个项目，其中包括全国最大的哈尔滨亚布力滑雪场。连同近日与吉林一度假村签订的框架协议，公司将共拥有5个滑雪度假村，总投资额约为1.2亿美元，未来的资金投入将逐渐加大。 |
