流动Dubo点 16天抽成156万元

本报讯 （记者詹伟志）在村里空地上搭竹棚供人Dubo，半个多月就能抽成156万余元。近日，我市警方在晋江市内坑镇白安村破获一起聚众Dubo案件，现场抓获涉案人员16人，缴获赌资16万余元。
0 c, I& A9 H. R6 I& i0 j0 I r" @5月下旬，市公安局治安支队接到群众举报称，有一伙人在白安村内组织人员Dubo，人数有二三十人，赌资还很大。经过多日摸底调查，办案民警掌握了这伙人的基本情况。原来近段时间以来，这伙人在白安村的空地上临时搭盖凉棚，组织人员进行聚赌。这伙人选择的空地一般在村里车辆很难进入的偏僻地带，而且Dubo地点并不固定，一般是当天上午才临时确定Dubo地点，从中午开始聚赌到深夜。

6月8日晚上，民警得到线索，这伙人在村中一块空地上聚赌。经过缜密部署，十多位民警展开抓捕行动。行动当晚，民警装成赌客进入DC，当场抓获涉赌人员16人，缴获赌资16万余元，10多副扑克牌以及一些账本。" y6 W* X5 _5 ?1 D" l- d3 P
经过审查，庄家黄某茂等人交代了自己的犯罪行为。原来，这个临时DC是由晋江人黄某茂组织起来的，他一般选择在白安村的空地上请工人搭盖凉棚，并组织人员进行Dubo，而另外两名涉案人员黄某杰和吴某则负责现场管理。民警从缴获的账本上发现，仅5月24日至6月8日，黄某茂等人从参赌人员身上提取抽成就达156万余元。目前，黄某茂等3人因涉嫌开设DC罪被警方刑拘，而其余13名参赌人员则被处以治安拘留。目前，案件仍在进一步调查处理之中。
