周四，贝莱德将iShares Ethereum Trust注册为特拉华州法定信托。纳斯达克周四也提交了一份让该信托上市和交易的提案。

据了解，今年早些时候，贝莱德以同样的方式注册了一个比特币信托，并在一周后向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了推出现货比特币ETF的申请。贝莱德拒绝就该信托的成立或任何ETF申请计划发表评论。
