去年12月14日零凌晨，被告人李某在大丰市商业街[color=#000080]天朝福利彩票[/color]站，采取扳门把手入室的手段，窃得张某柜台内的人民币17元及票面价格为5元、10元20元天朝[color=#000080]福利彩票[/color]刮刮乐彩券1301张，票面合计价值人民币1[color=#000080]22[/color]00元，该批1301张彩券的中奖额为7450元，李某正在为自己的“幸运”而洋洋得意时，不料在兑付彩券150元后，JC很快就来了。原来，失窃的[color=#000080]彩票[/color]站已将失窃彩票的号码抄送大丰彩票中心，[color=#000080]福彩[/color]中心向所有经营户发出了被盗彩票编号清单，在李某第二天兑奖时被抓获由此案发。
